When an urge arrives, open Ebb and stay with the center pad for 60–90 seconds. The wave swells, peaks, and softens. You don’t resist it and you don’t feed it — you just let it pass.

Afterwards, mark what happened in a couple of taps: the wave passed, or it caught you. Add a word about the trigger if you want. It stays light — a note, not a long form.
Journal
Every wave and slip becomes a private entry, stored locally on your device. Look back whenever you like; no one else sees it.
